WILDFLOWER MEADOW PROJECT

There is an area of grass alongside the woodland, which is to be left to grow wild and developed as miniature wildflower meadows. It will be divided into five sectors, so that different methods can be used and results be monitored and recorded by groups of students. An additional benefit will be the creation of a habitat suitable for small
mammals, providing a food source for owls and kestrels.
